INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

For all international orders, the purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. Duties and taxes are not included in the artwork price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, or related costs incurred.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase if you would like an estimate of potential import charges.

GIFT VOUCHERS

• Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.

• Voucher Value

Each gift voucher has a monetary value stated at the time of purchase.

Vouchers can be redeemed in full or in part against any original artworks or services offered by Angela Maritz Art.

If the value of the selected artwork is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher for future use until expiry.

If the value of the selected artwork is greater than the voucher amount, the difference must be paid at the time of purchase.

Angela Maritz Art will always strive to ensure an artwork is available as close as possible to the value of the voucher; however, availability may be subject to timing and stock.

• Redemption

Vouchers must be presented in full at the time of purchase.

Redemption is subject to availability of the artwork.

Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable

Gift vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for previous purchases.

• Purchase & Payment

Vouchers can be purchased online, via email, or directly at the studio.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Treat your voucher like cash.

• Delivery

Physical vouchers will be delivered via post; digital vouchers will be sent via email.

Delivery times may vary and Angela Maritz Art is not responsible for delayed postal delivery.

AMENDMENTS

Angela Maritz Art reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect vouchers already issued.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
