Meet Us
Angela Maritz’s work is about presence. Painting emotion in all its forms: joy, strength, uncertainty, and nostalgia and weaving them into scenes that feel both familiar, layered — alive.
An established artist based in New Zealand, with roots in South Africa and Britain, she works primarily in acrylic. Her art has taken her across the world, exhibited in London, Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney and New York. Career highlights include a five-year commission for The Peninsula Hotel in Cape Town, a contemporary art course scholarship in Venice during the Biennale, selected as one of four artists within New Zealand and Australia for Avis Car Hire’s Art of Discovery campaign, and a collaboration with a New York fashion designer.
At the heart of it her work stands for translating life’s unspoken feelings—the ones stirred by nature, circumstance, or moments beyond our control—into colour and form. Each piece is a reminder of presence and resilience, created to lift us and bring us joy.

Clint C (Clinton Christian) is an award-winning contemporary New Zealand artist focused on creating unique modernist works that are bold, relatable and often nostalgic.

Prior to becoming a full-time artist Clint worked in the construction industry, followed by many years as an architectural designer and he uses these life experiences in his latest works to create detailed painted wall sculptures with a high-quality glass like resin finish.

Kirsty Black reimagines life’s small, unexpected moments – puddle stomps, head spins, lazy naps in the sun. Her paintings brim with movement, humour, and heart, brought to life through bold brushstrokes, dancing lines, and shapes that swagger, swirl, or race across the canvas.
Each work is a mini-adventure where optimism leads the way. This is work about joy – finding it in the nonsense, spotting beauty in the blunder, and embracing a little chaos with a wink.
From her seaside studio in Maraetai, New Zealand, Kirsty creates art that is light-hearted yet resonant, inviting curiosity, play, and smiles that linger long after viewing.

Odelle Morshuis works from her home gallery and studio in Bannockburn, Central Otago, New Zealand.
She is a multimedia artist, with a Masters in Fine Art from Wimbledon College of Arts, London.
All of Odelle’s work – 2D and 3D – draws on the human form to create a narrative that explores how we interact with the space around us. It acknowledges that every space has a history of movement – a complex integration of accumulation and change, transitioning and overlaying human activity through the lens of time.
