Questions and Answers

What is the process once I click through to order a print?

A form will pop up. Please complete the details and submit the form.

I will receive a notification of your order and get straight back to you to confirm receipt of your order and provide you with payment instructions.

When will I receive my print?

Prints are made to order. Once your payment has been received and cleared, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch, however we endeavour to get it to you as soon as we can.

If you have chosen to have your print custom framed I will advise on timing.

What payment methods do you receive?

Direct electronic transfers, credit card payments. (Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal, with a 3% surcharge.)

Is shipping included?

No, unless otherwise stated.

What happens if my print arrives and it has been damaged during shipping?

Prints will be rolled, packaged and protected in a packing tube, which should minimise any chance of damage. When shipping framed prints there is always a risk due to the fragility of glass however the highest care will be taken to ensure it is well protected for the journey.

If concerned please chat to me we can have it insured for you.

What happens if I receive my print and I’m not happy with it?

I have a no-questions-asked return policy for prints only so please be sure if you are including a custom frame as these cannot be refunded. The print will need to be returned in the same condition as you received it, and I will refund 100% of the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees ($30) and any other fees incurred (such as commission on payments taken by a third party).

What glass is used for custom framing?

Ordinary framing glass is used, should you prefer to further protect your print, art glass is available. I can advise on the added cost for this.

What makes an Angela Maritz art print “special”?

Your print has not been mass produced in a factory overseas but custom printed for me (Angela Maritz) by a fellow artist Kay Davis. Kay is an award winning accredited photographer, receiving the highest photographic distinction, Grand Master of Photography and at the heart of her process is being able to create beautiful fine art prints for others to enjoy.
